Crafting a successful marketing plan takes a fine tuned approach to make sure we “hit the nail on the head” so to speak. Below, I’ve sketched out what an abbreviated approach might look like.
- Define: A well phrased problem is half of the solution. Sitting down and discovering more about your business, its challenges, and the famed “What keeps you up at night?” is the core of a good marketing plan. I’ll sit down with you and explore what your needs on and what direction we need to take.
- Solve: You need to cut through the clutter and stand out. We’ll work together to uncover what makes your company so unique and help craft a plan that lets you own that position. Look at it this way – would you rather convince 100% of people 10% or 10% of people 100%?
- Execute: The success lies in the plan, but good plan management is recognizing when it isn’t working. I make sure that your ROI is being met at every step of the way. Quite frankly, I produce the results you ask for.
Like I said, this is a rough sketch. Depending on your brand, product and more, these steps change adapt and shift; it’s my job to make all that movement work for you by helping you grow your business.
